Visited on a Friday evening. The food is exceptional and the service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning in the near future.

Since moving to Peterborough some years back, we were searching for a great Indian restaurant. Found Gurkha Lounge a few years back (pre lockdown) and have been coming ever since. Travel 15 miles to come here so definitely worth the visit. Food is Indian and Nepalese so good mix. Always very well prepared and extremely tasty. Staff are exceptional and very friendly and helpful. 20% off food on Thursdays and Sunday lunchtimes which helps. Not busy but always a few in so quiet but good atmosphere. In my opinion one of, if not the best Indian restaurants in Peterborough.

I ordered a delivery of Gurkha Lounge- My first time trying this place. It was absolutely delicious. The only thing I would say i did not like was the mango chutney as it had a strange taste. Food arrived hot, prices are reasonable, all of it had a lovely taste. The chicken in my dishes was top notch too. So soft, not hard and chewy like in some other Indian takeaways I have had.

1st visit last week for a family gathering and birthday. We received a warm welcome upon arrival the food was lovely with a good selection even for children and fussy eaters.Dropped a mark for service as felt it could have been sharper (maybe the waitress was new). No problem with location or parking.

Visiting Peterborough and searched for a well rated curry house. Very tasty meal, great options, reasonable prices, very clean, good friendly attentive staff. Would recommend and would come back. Goat curry was very tasty.

Four of us went here for the first time last night after golfing nearby. The food was stunning and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We all had king prawn dishes, with the quality and quantity being incredible. I ordered a madras hot balti and it was spot on. We will certainly play more golf in that region just to go there afterwards. Well done for such a great restaurant.

Me and the wife went yesterday 7th it was late in the evening just over a hour before closing so didn't expect anything.. but wow what a experience from the start we was greeted with the upmost plesent. Man we ordered drinks that was served very quickly we had poperdoms and chutneys Spot on we continue with how food everyone who served us was 100% spot on after completing I spoke to young lad he told me it is a family run restaurant there is so much passion in what there doing.....if you want to try there experience take some time in looking at the decor this to me sets the comfort so overall massive thanks for your food and kindness very much appreciated and definitely will be happy to see you all again soon lovely ol job

Have just been in for lunch with my parents. The food was insanely good. The service was fantastic. The venue is lovely. I couldn’t fault a single thing, but really have to say what an incredible venue. We will be back again. Thank you team for a lovely experience.
